Yes! Every Rotten Co piece is handmade with care, intention, and tested by real dogs. Because of this, slight variations in fabric placement and stitching are normal and part of what makes each item unique.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days via USPS.

Because everything is made by hand, please allow extra time during launches, restocks, or Holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your dog’s neck snug but not tight, then comparing it to our Size Guide.

If your dog is between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up.

🧼 How do I care for my Rotten Co gear?

To keep your items looking their best:

-Spot clean or hand wash only

-Lay flat to dry

-No dryer

This applies to collars, leashes, bandanas, and accessories.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for wear or sizing errors.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we want you and your pup to be happy.

Yes! Our collars are adjustable and available in buckle or martingale styles, depending on the design.
